We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician at JVM Realty! Join our team and help keep our community safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

You Will:
  • Complete work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
  • Assist with apartment turns and emergency calls
We’re Looking For:
  • Maintenance experience (property management preferred)
  • Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair
